Orders are typically shipped within two business days of the time an order is placed. The exact amount of time for delivery will vary based on the shipping method you select.
Orders within the United States ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), either Priority Mail or Media Mail, depending on the customer's choice during the checkout process. Priority Mail shipping may take between two and five days in the Continental U.S., while Media Rate shipping may take between two and ten days. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout.
Orders outside the United States ship via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout.

All items that are unmarked and in salable condition are eligible for return. Returns may be refunded or exchanged based on the following return dates:
- Books and printed materials: Within thirty days of purchase
- Unopened software: Within ten days of purchase
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice number. Refunds will be granted in the original form of tender with receipt. Without receipt, customers will be granted store credit for the current value of the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

All orders purchased and shipped from Jesuit Sources will come with either a USPS or FedEx tracking number. Please use the tracking number on your order shipment confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your package has entered the courier's tracking system you will see the package move throughout their system until it is delivered. If you think your package should have arrived, or if you see that the package appears to have stalled, or is not moving through the courier's system, please email us at email@example.com. We will work with the courier service until your package is received.
Returns from wholesale booksellers on overstock items are not accepted.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Contact Jesuit Sources within 24 hours of receipt. Damaged or defective products may be returned free of charge for exchange or refund. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and a picture of the damaged product.
