IJS Studies
In 2019, Jesuit Sources inaugurated a new imprint: IJS Studies–Research on Jesuits and the Society of Jesus, seeking to serve as a reputable addition of academic works to the rich catalogue of source materials at the Institute.
This imprint provides a solid and reputable addition of academic works to the rich catalogue of source materials that the Institute has been publishing since its foundation. The imprint publishes double-blind, peer-reviewed scholarship, and focuses in particular on studies in the fields of Jesuit history, spirituality, and pedagogy. IJS Studies is edited by the Institute for Advanced Jesuit Studies. It will feature a variety of widely accessible and interdisciplinary titles, produced by Jesuit and non-Jesuit scholars whose work assists the initiatives of the Institute for Advanced Jesuit Studies at Boston College, the home of Jesuit Sources.
